BOMA Baltimore Spring 2012 BOMI Course - Budgeting & Accounting

Thursdays, March 1, 2012 - June 7, 2012

This course is required for RPA deisgnations, and will be held weekly from 4:30pm-6:30pm at Harbor East Management Group in Baltimore.  Instructor Tim O'Donald, RPA, CPM, will discuss applications and problems you can use to create building and facilities' budgets.  You will also have the oppurtunity to apply concepts within the real property and facilities context.  Some of the topics include: revenue and expenditure cycles, annual reports, lease abstracts, income and expense budgeting, and working with capital.
