BOMA Baltimore presents: An evening with Philippe Cousteau "Continuing a Legacy: Building a Sustainable World in the 21st Century" Thursday, March 21 – 6:00-9:00pm Explorer, social entrepreneur and environmental advocate, Philippe Cousteau is the 33-year-old grandson of legendary explorer Jacques Yves Cousteau. He is the President and co-Founder of EarthEcho International, a non-profit organization whose goal is to engage and empower youth to take action for a brighter future. His tools are simple—education, balanced advocacy and a commitment to action. Evening includes admission to the National Aquarium in Baltimore after 5pm, Open Bar, Hors D'oeuvres, and presentation by Philippe Cousteau. Parking Information: Parking is available for a flat rate of $15 for parking if you enter after 5pm at: 100 South Gay Street - On the left hand side of what used to be the Examiner Building. Entrance Information: For 5:00 arrivals wanting to tour the main building: When facing the Pier 3 Main Aquarium Building, walk down brick pier on the right hand side of building past the main entry doors located in the new Crystal Pavilion. Go past the Lightship Chesapeake. You will enter through the OFFICE entry sliding glass doors across from the gangplank of the Submarine Torsk and identify yourself at the security desk as a member of the BOMA event. For Event Arrivals only (Those NOT planning to tour the Aquarium before hand): You may enter through Pier 4. Transportation Information: If you are staying at the Waterfront Marriott, there is a Water Taxi that runs every 20-30 minutes. There is a Water Taxi stop right outside of The Waterfront Marriott and it will take you directly to Pier 5 and then the Aquarium, depending on what time you plan on arriving. The Water Taxi is $7.00 one way.
