ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP - Category A

Eligible Organizations:
Non-profit organizations or buildings less than 40,000 square feet.

Dues: $795.00

Category A members may designate one individual as a member at the local and international level. They are also eligible for one entry into BOMA Baltimore's Office Building of the Year program. (Max = one individual member)

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP - Category B

Eligible Organizations:
Buildings over 40,000 square feet, but less than 200,000 square feet.

Dues: $1,075.00

For category B members, two individuals may be designated as members at the local level and international level. Each individual may enter one building in the Office Building of the Year program and one additional individual may be listed as a member for only $375.00. (Max = three individual members)

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP - Category C

Eligible Organizations:
Buildings over 200,000 square feet or corporate membership.

Dues: $1,295.00

Category C members may list two individuals as members at the local level and international level. They are also entitled to up to two additional members at $375.00 each. Each individual recorded would be eligible for one entry in the Office Building of the Year. (Max = four individual members)

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP

Eligible Organizations:
Companies or individuals who provide services or products for commercial real estate such as janitorial companies, telecommunications providers, elevator companies, security services, etc.

Dues: $935.00

An Associate Membership includes one company representative, who is the official member recognized by BOMA Baltimore and BOMA International. An additional representative may be added for $375.00.
