BGE Building – Baltimore, MD
The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BGE) Headquarters Building in downtown Baltimore consists of two high rise buildings. The original building, built in 1916 on the 100th anniversary of the company, is a historically registered building. In 1966, on the 150th anniversary of the company, a high rise addition with a connecting link was built alongside the original headquarters building which was later sold and converted to apartments.
One East Pratt – Baltimore, MD
Located in Downtown Baltimore, One East Pratt features one of Baltimore City’s few destination elevators. This unique feature provides both energy savings and faster elevator rides for visitors.
100 Painters Mill Road – Owings Mills, MD
100 Painters Mill Road is a Class A high-rise office building clearly visible from I-795 in the heart of Owings Mills. The building is situated within a short walk from the Owings Mills Metro Station which provides direct commuter access to downtown Baltimore and Johns Hopkins Hospital via a 22-minute subway ride. Brown’s Wharf – Baltimore, MD
A historic building in Fell’s Point, Brown’s Wharf was originally built in the 1820’s and used for storing flour for export to Europe and importing coffee from South America. The coffee was shipped in barrels which would be rolled across the building’s slanted floors for the purpose of loading and unloading. To this day, some of the floors remain graded from their original state. In 1840, George Brown, son of Irish immigrant Alex Brown bought the property and the Wharf became a basis for the financial empire of Alex Brown and Sons. Brown’s Wharf was renovated by Constellation Real Estate and was completed in 1989. It is now a successful property mixing both retail and office suites.
Timonium One & Timonium Two – Timonium, MD
The distinctive properties, Timonium One and Timonium Two enjoy a strategic location and have attracted national tenants such as New York Life, University of Phoenix, American Express, Sun Trust Bank, Ameriprise, New Enterprise Associates and Raymond James.
